WHere is Pose located?
46-56 Baylis street Wagga Wagga.
Pose Pilates Studio is located on the first block of Baylis street, in the Piazza Arcade. Once you enter the arcade, you will see a pink sign board. Please head upstairs, studio is first door on the right.
Pregnancy or injury?
All classes are prenatal friendly. Exercises will be modified for the Mummas to be. Just let us know upon arrival.
For post-natal clients you will need to get a clearance from your GP before booking a class.
Please note that Pose Pilates is group exercise and is not Clinical Pilates. If you're recovering from injury or illness or have a health condition please consult with health professional before attending Pose Pilates Studio.
first class checklist?
Arrive 10 minutes early, place you belongings in reception area, shoes off and bring grippy socks (can be purchased in studio) & water.
Wear something that is comfy and easy to move in, bring water & towel to make your session more comfortable.
Running late?
We understand that life happens, and things can cause us to be later however please consider the other clients in class. If you are more than 5minutes late, you will be turned away from class. This prevents the other clients from being disrupted and avoids potential injuries for you, as you will have missed the warm up.
How to purchase & schedule?
Class passes can all be purchased online through booking system. Head to our Passes Page for more information and links to purchase. Once you have purchased a Class Pass you will receive a code.
To purchase a voucher please head to our Contact page to make an enquiry.
To Schedule a Class: Go to our Classes + Timetable page. Select your preferred appointment type, then choose any available instructor. Next, class times will appear. Select your preferred time and follow the prompts to payment. If you have a Class Pass this is where you will enter your code - you can find this in your confirmation email.
If contact details are provided when booking you will receive a reminder 24hours prior to class.
cancellations/no shows.
There is a 10 hour cancellation policy. Please cancel via the booking system. If the cancellation cannot be done online, this is because it is within the 10 hours of class. If you do not show up to your class or arrive late and are turned away, your class will be forfeited.
All purchases are non-refundable and non- transferable. A minimum of two people are required for a class to proceed. In the event of a cancelled class, you will be notified via text message prior to class time, and class will be refunded.
